APRILIOS garments are exclusively available here via our online store & our Instagram page and cannot be purchased from any other website or retailer. Also, you can shop our collections in-store by visiting our showroom APRILIOS Studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

HAS THE GARMENT BEEN WASHED BEFORE I RECEIVE IT?
As we are germophobics ourselves, all of our pieces have been carefully washed & steamed prior to packaging and they are ready for you to kill the street runway!
WHAT FABRIC/MATERIAL IS THIS ITEM MADE OF?
We check the manufacturer's label on all items to identify what the product is made from. Some vintage items don't have any labels, and in these cases we try to identify the materials ourselves. In case of leather, suede and fur, we can't always guarantee whether the product is genuine or faux leather or fur.
HOW DO I KNOW IF WHAT I BUY WILL FIT ME?
We get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes under ‘Measurements’.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT THAT I LOVED BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE AVAILABLE. NOW WHAT?
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it and it’s no longer there BUT that is what happens sometimes when you are shopping vintage and most of our stock on offer is a unique one-off fantastic item. This is why you need to act quickly and buy it before someone else falls in love with that great item!

MY PRODUCT LOOKS DIFFERENT TO YOUR PHOTOS. IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT?
Nope not at all! Just like every human is unique, so are our Exclusive Vintage x APRILIOS pieces. Exclusive Vintage pieces are unique & handpicked, therefore there may be slight changes in shape, color & fit to our photos (but we think that makes them even more special). Please be aware of this when you receive your order.
If though you feel your product is faulty, please get in contact with us immediately (refer below on Returns policy).
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to APRILIOS Studio for packing, and once an order reaches the studio, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.
APRILIOS cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All of our products on this website are charged in Euros (€EUR). Your credit card or chosen payment method will be charged in €EUR and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement.

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, APRILIOS will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy. See the Returns policy page for more information.
